Ticket Policy

Information regarding ticketing policies for the cancelled Summer 2020 and Fall 2020 Seasons.

Thanks for taking the time to learn about our ticket policies. A ticket is required for all patrons, even children (sorry, no babes in arms). Our policies are here to make sure you have the most enjoyable experience possible at San Francisco Opera.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to call our Box Office at (415) 864-3330 or drop us a line at webtickets@sfopera.com.

  • Refunds
Ticket sales are final and there are no refunds. Cast, programs, prices and schedules are subject to change. If you can’t use your tickets, please consider exchanging, donating or giving them to friends and family.

Buyers beware San Francisco Opera cannot guarantee authenticity of tickets obtained through unauthorized sources; admission cannot be guaranteed and the venue cannot contact you regarding time changes, show cancellations, etc. San Francisco Opera does not condone the unfair and misleading practices of ticket brokers who profit at the expense of true fans. Ticket orders found to be in violation of our reselling policies will be cancelled. Any known or suspected broker orders will be automatically cancelled.
